Returns

Due to the nature of personal care and hygiene products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

You may request a return only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • You must provide photo/video evidence of the issue

💸 Refunds

Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item was damaged during delivery

  • The product is out of stock after payment

Refund Process:

  1. Email us your order number and issue at support@qaseiraluxury.com

  2. Once approved, we will notify you via email

  3. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.


🔁 Replacements

If you received a defective or wrong item, we will offer:

  • A full refund, based on your preference


Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer returns or refunds for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Products without original packaging

📦 Return Shipping

In approved cases:

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup, if available in your area

  • Otherwise, you may be required to ship the item to us at your cost. Reimbursement may be provided on a case-by-case basis
