Due to the nature of personal care and hygiene products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
You may request a return only if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
You must provide photo/video evidence of the issue

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Used or opened products
Products without original packaging

We will arrange a reverse pickup, if available in your area
