This Exchange Policy governs the conditions under which Infinity Ventures, operating the brand QASEIRÁ Luxury ("the Concern," "we," "us"), processes exchanges for products purchased by the Client ("you," or "your"). Our policy is based on strict hygiene standards and legal compliance.
We maintain a stringent Exchange Only policy.
We do not offer returns or refunds for any products purchased, including those based on personal preference, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with performance or results.
All sales are considered final upon successful delivery.
Exchange is the sole remedy provided by us, and only under the specific conditions detailed in Section 2.
Exchanges are permitted exclusively for issues related to fulfillment error or manufacturing defect. The product must meet all three of the following mandatory criteria:
The product is eligible for exchange only if:
Damaged or Defective: The product arrived compromised, unusable, or with a clear manufacturing defect.
Incorrect Product: The product received does not match the product ordered.
The Client must formally notify us and initiate the claim within forty-eight (48) hours of the delivery time recorded by the shipping carrier. Claims initiated outside this strict 48-hour window will be rejected.
The product being exchanged must be:
Unopened and Unused: Products must be in their original, pristine, and sealed condition.
Original Packaging: The product must be returned with all original packaging, seals, instruction leaflets, and any accompanying protective materials. Exchanges will be denied if the original packaging is missing or compromised.
If your order meets the eligibility criteria in Section 2, you must immediately contact our Client Service team at support@qaseira.com with the following mandatory documentation:
Your Order Number.
A detailed description of the defect or error.
Mandatory Photographic Evidence of the damaged product (clearly showing the defect) and the exterior shipping box.
Upon receipt of your claim and verification of the photographic evidence, Infinity Ventures will notify you of the authorization status.
Do not ship the product back until you receive explicit written authorization and shipping instructions from our team.
If the claim is authorized, we will issue a prepaid shipping label for the return of the defective item.
Once the original item is received, inspected by our quality control team, and confirmed to meet the Original Packaging and Unused criteria, we will ship the correct replacement product. The exchange will be for the identical product originally purchased.
The terms of this policy are exhaustive. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the right to return for a refund is expressly waived, and the right to exchange is strictly limited to the conditions and timeframes set forth herein.
Infinity Ventures reserves the sole right to refuse any exchange that does not comply with the mandatory 48-hour notification window or the requirement for original, sealed packaging.
