Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy governs the shipment and delivery of products purchased from Qaseirá Luxury("the Brand"), a division operating under Infinity Ventures ("the Concern," "we," "us," or "our"). By completing a purchase, the customer ("Client," "you," or "your") agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein.


1. Shipping Fees and Service

In alignment with our commitment to uncompromising client service, Qaseirá Luxury offers Complimentary Standard Shipping on all domestic orders placed within India, irrespective of the order value. There are no shipping fees associated with the Standard Service tier.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Estimates

2.1 Order Processing

All orders are subject to internal processing, verification, and meticulous packaging prior to dispatch.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed, packaged, and handed to our designated carrier within one (1) to two (2) business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Processing may exceed this timeframe during promotional periods or exceptional circumstances.

2.2 Standard Transit Time

The delivery timeframe is defined as the estimated period between the carrier's possession of the order and its final arrival at the destination address.

  • Standard Delivery Estimate: Once dispatched, the estimated transit time for delivery within India is three (3) to five (5) business days.
  • Disclaimer: This delivery window is an estimate only and does not constitute a guarantee. Infinity Ventures is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, severe weather, or unforeseen logistics issues.

3. Risk of Loss and Title

The Risk of Loss and title for products purchased from us are legally transferred to the Client upon our delivery of the items to the designated shipping carrier.

  • This signifies that once the package is accepted by the carrier, the Company is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage incurred during transit. Claims for loss or damage must be filed directly by the Client with the carrier.

4. Address Accuracy and Liability

4.1 Client Responsibility

The Client is solely and absolutely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the shipping address provided at the time of purchase.

4.2 Undeliverable Packages and Reshipment

If a package is returned to Infinity Ventures as "undeliverable" due to an error in the address provided by the Client, the Client’s failure to retrieve the package, or the Client’s refusal of delivery:

  1. We will contact the Client to arrange for a reshipment.
  2. The Client shall be responsible for paying all actual costs incurred for the reshipment, notwithstanding the original complimentary shipping service.
  3. Alternatively, the Client may request a refund for the product value only, minus any actual shipping costs incurred by Infinity Ventures for the original shipment and the return shipment.

5. Order Tracking

We maintain full transparency regarding the movement of your order.

  • Tracking Notification: Upon dispatch, the Client will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the unique tracking number and a link to monitor the package status.
  • The Client is encouraged to monitor the tracking status, particularly during the final delivery phase.
